I use both the K4 and a SG X-Curve, the SG fits better and carries weight better for me.

I own both, and IMO it’ll come down to personal preference. They’re both great pack frames, with positives and negatives for their bag options. EXO’s accessories and lid are more dialed tho. Again IMO.
