In very good condition. 3 piece waistbelt, I have a 36" waist and it fits me perfect with easily a few inches of adjustment up and down. It has packed quite a few critters, but I've cleaned it after each time. It has a few small stains on it however. It has 2 belt pouches also. This is an awesome ultra-lite yet heavy duty pack!
