Stone glacier pack spontaneusly coming off frame

I am about to start in seriously looking if I have this pack configured wrongly. Is there any way to keep stone glacier packs from constantly coming off of the stays?

I am going to try using the web attatched to the bag to the outside but it doesnt look promising

There's two straps around half way down the frame that go through triglides halfway down the back of the pack. After you put the pockets over the stays these need to be tightened tight. These get removed when you use the load shelf.

Found em. Thanks! I figured there had to be a system to keep that from happening but never had the attention span to work it out. Thank goodness for how boring glassing is.
