Pods8 built a custom blaze orange SG lid for me. I really liked the idea of the Exo blaze lid for rifle seasons. This one is basically a SG hydro lid without the Velcro and straps, just a little bigger. He did great work, I think the product is every bit as good as SG builds in house. Even has the removable interior section divider. Weighs 7.3 ounces with 330d Cordura

Add a couple strap adjusters and the Access bag becomes more useful/stable as a standalone or meat pack. Some angled cuts on the straps make swaps easier. Does anyone know what the triglides near the top handle are for? They're positioned like you could make a backup handle. Still debating if I want to swap the male/female buckles on one side of the pack...does anyone know why they wouldn't just design the packs to use opposite buckles so that we have easy field repair options and don't need to swap buckles to go bagless? Say a female buckle on the bag breaks, now you gotta saw it off and find another. If they were male left/female right, you could just strap over the whole pack and forget the broken one. 1000013629.jpg
