Dewpoint is pretty good. Zippers leak a fair bit in truly wet conditions.
Kuiu Chugach NX is the best performing lightweight raingear I’ve used.

100% not the zipper, pockets or user error. Membrane failed on first trip out, both in the shoulders and upper legs.

What a bummer! Hopefully they've fixed the latest ones, or it was just a lemon. I've def seen enough of your posts to assume it wasn't user error, ha. I have Kuiu Chugach that I've had for like six or seven years, but never wear it since I bought too small on final sale. Thanks for the input, again.

This was also same findings with Exo’s The Experience Project. Chigach NX came in first followed closely by Sitka dewpoint.

Heard Kurt on a podcast talking about 2025 releases, and a new rain gear is coming out. A lighter weight, more packable piece. More designed for just throwing on for a quick rain shower vs all day use.
