Stone Glacier customer service second to none

Last year I purchased a used, first generation, SG backpack from a fellow member on here. I wanted to incorporate belt poles so I ordered them from the SG site. When I receive them I realized that they wouldn't work with my old belt. I gave Kurt a call and after discussing it for a while he told me that he would just go ahead and send me a brand-new belt that would make it a whole lot easier for me. He also had to make me up some hook and loop patches to retrofit the new belt to my old frame. This was all done completely free of charge. I thought I would go ahead and post this little story and publicly send out a big thank you to Kurt at Stone Glacier. Also, if anybody is in need of a medium size old-style belt that is in near perfect condition I would like to give them mine. I'll also foot the bill for shipping. Just send me a PM if you think this is something you could use.

If I didn't already use Kifaru, I would be trying a Stone Glacier. These two companies have customer service that is beyond top notch.
 
Agreed! Kurt is a great guy and provides exceptional customer service! SG is First Class all the way!!!

I just bought my wife her own SG pack.

Good to hear!- But can't say that I am surprised; as I have received same sort of similar service from Kurt. And it was always unexpected by me, but totally appreciated. Just a super fella to work with!
 
I agree, Kurt always takes the time to answer questions and personally make sure you are taken care of, it's hard to think I'd buy anything else other than a stone glacier going forward.
