Stockys stock LOP 3/4” short

I received a Stockys Nextgen VG stock for my Howa Mini a couple days ago. I noticed immediately that the LOP felt short so I measured it. The LOP is near 12.75” on this stock, advertised LOP is 13.5.
Anyone else have this experience?
