Steiner has been around forever and is owned by Beretta now.
The one thing that I personally would have to get used to with this model is the focus - it's super touchy - barely move it and it makes quite a bit of difference to the focus. That would probably be an advantage under certain conditions so not saying it's a bad thing, just most Bino's need a bit of (wheeling) to focus between near and far - not these.
