Stand alone smoker or pit boss pellet grill smoker

I use the weber summit kamado for everything. From slow n low for jerky, turkey, pork butt to high heat sear for Ribeye's and anything in between.

I use a fireboard controller and a fan to control and monitor everything from the fireboard app.

Heat retention is incredible and comfortably do overnight cooks while sleeping.

I have a pellet grill and a homemade stand alone smoker. The pellet grill works good but doesn’t touch the stand alone for things like summer sausage, bacon and fish. Pellet grill does a decent job with burgers, steak, brisket and pork butts though and is extremely convenient.
