SRS Tikka Hunter Rail - Epoxy? Torque?

Checking if anyone has mounted the SRS hunter rail on a Tikka T3x stock with loctite proper torque on the two bolts, skipping the epoxy between rail and stock.

Additionally, if the torque specs are known. Would be appreciated, can't find on their website or anywhere else. Maybe on the packaging that I don't have.

Caliber is .300 wm. In case that affects the importance of epoxy

I have 3 of them installed on Tikka factory stocks. None of them are epoxied to the stock and I can’t for the life of me remember what they are torqued to.

Cartridges are .223, .308 & 300WSM.

Good to hear, I take it rails are still solidly on after shooting from a tripod?
