Spot Hogg Fast Eddie xl rack stop

Fellas,
I just received a brand new fast eddie xl sight (thank you to SS archery) and am trying to get it figured out. I believe I received the newest version which includes a "rack stop" but I'm not certain how to install it (the stop) or what exactly its for. I'd appreciate any help I could get. I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the instructions or on any youtube videos, but I have an extra c-clamp type piece and see it mentioned on Spot Hogg's website. Thanks,

I figured out how to put it on but now I have another question. Do I install it high on the rack, above the sight so I don't adjust so far down to create clearance issues with my arrow or, do I install it lower on the rack, below the sight so I zero out to my twenty when I run in to it? Hopefully this makes sense to others and again I'd appreciate any help anyone could offer.

I think it’s meant to enable to reset your 20 to zero without looking per your second thought. That said you could install it the other way to prevent clearance issues or buy a second and do both.
