Sportsmatch t084 rail clamp screws stripped

I was removing my scope to put on another gun and the Sportsmatch rail screw stripped. I absolutely can't get it out with any but that I have.

I've seen a couple threads of this happening to others . What's the best method of getting it out? Vise grips? Dremel the head off?

Disregard. I got it out with the biggest pair of channel locks I have. That sucker was really in there tight.
