Collar has been well used but functions as new. Only minor issue is a missing fitting on the handheld that prevents water from getting into the charging port. I've just stuck a piece of duct tape over it and have had no issues. Comes with charging brick and cables + a load of extra bricks and cables. Retails new at $800+, offered for sale at $300 if picked up in NW Oregon, $315 TYD.
