Ekness in Post Falls is who I trust. Mountain View Custom also does a great job, they are usually very busy and will stop taking in game at a certain point.

Do not, I repeat, do not go to Tim’s. I took my first bull there and it was months before I got “him” back.

Scotty’s in Hayden did a good job on my bull last fall. Used Tims several times a decade ago and no complaints. Tim’s made some excellent jerky

Good to know. Just what I heard but I had a hell of a time finding someone to take my late Muzzy cow last year.
