Spine change FOC

Rite now, I'm shooting a 350 spine arrow at 440g with a FOC of 14.5%.
Question I have is, If I jump to a 300 spine, will my FOC be affected. I'm going from 8.8 gpi to 9.5 gpi.

All other things being equal, yes it will change slightly. If you were under spined or close to it the change to a stiffer arrow will aid in penetration even if you see a slight dip in FOC percentage because there will be less arrow flex when it strikes the target.

Yes, all else equal FOC goes down when you go to a heavier GPI arrow.
