Hey everyone....we are headed to Spearhead Ranch in Douglas Wyoming for an August/September 2018 archery goat hunt. Anybody hunt with them before? Feedback and tips would be greatly appreciated. It is our first antelope archery hunt so we aren't quite sure what to expect coming from whitetail woods country. Thanks.

Friend had a great experience there a couple years ago. Most blinds are sunken tank style so you are shooting at ground level. water sources are oriented troughs so the animals are typically broadside. well thought out and lots of animals.

Thanks for the replies. I will need to practice sitting on my blind chair or kneeling it appears...

Good outfit. Depending on weather you may have lots of animals coming in to water. Don't shoot the first 12 inch buck that comes in.
Be patient. They takes lots of 12" ish antelope but bigger ones are out there.
Take a book to read in the blind. Ask if they recc. dark colored clothing for the shadows or camo. Could be hot or pretty cold, have some layers.
A rangefinder would be a big plus for a blind hunt.
Good luck !
