Has anyone had their hands on one of these? Wish the guys would make a video detailing how they use their optics on the tripod.

Judging from my Javelin Bipod, it has to be top notch gear.

I’d like to hear as well. I haven’t dug into them much, but any idea of weights of the 3 different versions? I see the length, but not weights on the website.

They are costly though!!!!

The mtn leggs and head is just under 2 pounds of I remember, will weigh again

I posted earlier to this, not sure why it was deleted? But the tripod system is awesome....I put an outdoorsmans qr panner on the heavy optics adapter and its money for using with binos...alil finicky with the swaro stx 65 but not bad...a small spotter would be perfect

Shooting off it is a breeze and can easily hold moa out to 800 while sitting down in the field

Super steady

Just the qr panner....they are making a bracket that you can replace there ball head with a 1/4-20 plate tho to run some type of head....I've also been told they are working on a head

Just an update on the spartan

I recieved the newest version of the sentinel today, much more solid with much better twist locks and stops

This Is for the mtn leggs

New version leggs only, weighs 2#s 2 ounces

Old version leggs only, 1# 4 ounces

The head weight is 7 ounces

Just finished a week of hunting and we given one of the first tripods of the run to 'test'.
Have to say I was pretty disappointed, and it never left camp for the week.

The legs are not angle adjustable, ie they are only fixed to one angle. Which makes it useless on steep terrain.
We also had one leg pull out of the alloy twist locks

Considering the price and the fact we broke one in 3 days with out even taking it from camp I would say your better to spend cash elsewhere.

Dont really get what the hype is about

That's too bad you didn't like it....for steep ground I've just been adjusting the length of the leggs and while not as good as having an angled leg it works okay....no idea why they didn't add that feature tho

I just prefer the versatility of it....as just a tripod yes there is better out there(RRS) ...but it's a tripod, bipod, mono pod, trekking poles & tent poles

Its solid enough to shoot as far as I've ever wanted while sitting down, as I hate trying to go find a place to shoot prone in the steep stuff. I also hate packing trekking poles and a tripod and bipod.

The cost isnt too bad once you take advantage of its versatility
