Muzzy does not open till later than rifle. Could be reservation tag or black hills

Just out of curiosity, how did he get this buck? The orange hat and no camo has me assuming rifle, could be a hills any deer but thats a pretty long wait tag. Guess I don’t know what the res season is. Is there any other season open besides archery and hills rifle? Park?
