Solo Yukon stove

The newer Solo stoves are painted? I’ve seen the older stainless ones with the heat coloration on the outside. Does the new painted one melt the paint off, burn off. Was looking at getting one for our deck don’t need to waste time on a painted one for the wife if it’s going to burn off.

Yes I know you can do both figured the stainless will get discolored just like all the other ones I’ve seen. But I’ve never seen a painted one in person so I don’t know if they get discolored or the paint peels, burns?
