Just wondering if anyone has insight into the water situation in the Soda Mtn Wilderness. Specifically I’m wondering if the named creeks have water in the fall. Thanks in advance.

Nada huh? Well I guess I’ll be caching a 5er of water just in case. I’ll report back early August as to the water situation.

I owned property there for years water is very scarce I sold the property 2 years ago because the deer numbers have gotten so bad it just isn’t worth the drive there and effort to maybe see a small buck. The lions and wolves have done damage that isn’t coming back.

Yeah, the state of affairs with big game in OR is pretty poor.

DM me the creeks you're interested in and I'll let you know what I know about fall conditions. We have had a really good winter/ spring down here.
