Bull. Good fitting boots prevent blisters liners don't. If your feet slip in your boot liners aren't going to stop the friction and can add to it due to the rougher material.
Until you have a clue regarding the product, maybe you should keep your comments to yourself. I won't argue the importance of good fitting boots, but sometimes even good fitting boots, don't fit perfectly when they get soaked and start to stretch, etc. With these liner socks, it makes no difference how much your feet move around inside your boots, the liners stick to your feet, and do not move whatsoever. All the friction/rub occurs between the liner and the sock, so this liner is just a thick piece of protection, that covers your whole foot, and does not allow rubbing to occur against your skin.
O I have a clue. I have to wear a compression sock on my left foot that's way tighter then any liner sock and I can still get a blister on that foot if my feet are moving around. I don't know anyone that hikes for a living that wears liner socks and I know a lot of people that hike for a living.
Worked in the woods for 20 years and never had a blister no matter what I wore. Some guys feet are just tougher then others. Last 5 years if I just think about walking I can get a blister. Getting old sucks.
