The thing I am going to miss most is the bear grease. I have browned all wild game in it, and I swear it makes everything better. I am down to my last jar. Time to start conserving.
Yep. I rendered close to 15lbs about a month ago. I’ve fried more stuff in that lard, in the last four weeks, than I have in the last four years! Chicken, deer meat, eggs, potatoes etc.....even made some chipped beef gravy with it.The thing I am going to miss most is the bear grease.
