Snow shoes / boot combo for big guy

I’m hoping to find some end of season deals for some snow shoes and boots. I’m about 215lbs and wear a size 14 wide boot.

Any bigger guys with big feet have any experience with snow shoe / boot combos?

I’ve been looking at the MSR Lightning snow shoes but haven’t had luck finding any wide mountaineering boots in size 14.

Thoughts and suggestions?

Check out the video below. I was looking at a new pair of snowshoes this year as well and it steered me away from the MSR Lightning Ascents. I don’t weight as much as he does, but do use mine for hunting and while carrying heavy loads.

I wear a 12 wide and have msr lightning ascent snow shoes. They fit my crispi idahos but with not many clicks left on the strap. I bought msr hyperlink snowshoe strap replacements and used the longer ones up front. Worked out just fine

I had never even thought about my snowshoes breaking while in the woods until watching this video. I’m going to keep an extra pair in my truck now just in case.
