An old super easy standby......
1 can Rotel
1lb ground wild game
3/4 brick of Velveeta
1 packet of taco seasoning (optional)
1 large bag of scoop size Fritos
Brown meat. Drain fat. Add water, taco seasoning and simmer down (optional). Cut Velveeta into cubes to assist melting. In a medium pot melt cheese. Once melted add can of Rotel and meat, serve warm.
This can be served immediately or stored in fridge and nucked game day. Yum!
