My only experience with 209s in a smokeless was with a cva conversion. I had to duplex with it, but I also wasn’t shooting n120. I would recommend a wad, and the guy that got me started liked a Winchester primer better than the cci. I do know cold temps mess with them some, but I’m not in an area that I would consider cold.
