Found out the hard way after I got my sleeve that smart watch sensors rarely work through the ink. Anyone have a work around or experience with this?

Tried. Messes up my anchor point shooting my bowOther arm?
Rolex and iPhone, don’t miss the smart watch one bit haha.
If your are just using the watch for heart rate and other physical things, the Oura smart ring does just about as much.
I loved my Apple Watch and garmin for working out, daily life. The Apple is terrible in the back country, garmin was much better battery life.I had thought about that and Whoop but it's just an added cost that I don't really care to spend.
I have an older 16570 that I bought as my first one, I love it. Not to flashy and perfect size for a daily.I want to buy a Rolex Explorer II and wear it everyday of my life but Im addicted to my Garmin.
You'd be correct. They are basically as accurate as hospital setup. Use mine on rowing machine/ treadmill. Polar H10You could try a chest strap heart rate monitor, they will pair with your watch or phone. Not sure how well it would do with a heavy pack but they're suppsoed to be more accurate for heart rate based statistics.
