Smaller Kifaru tipi’s?

I see that Kifaru only has the 8 man tipi and Sawtooth now… seems to me the 4 man would be the ideal mix between the two considering room and weight?

I think I remember a podcast where they said it takes too much material and sewing to make the small ones profitable unless they are really expensive

I’m very new to researching these types of shelters so I am learning as much as I can at this point.

I have a mountain laurel designs duomid (2 person) but I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s pretty solidly built. Another brand worth checking out.

I have a Kifaru 4 man I bought in 2000 . For two guys it rocks . Small stove keeps it warm and comfy if you get weathered in . It's a little heavy and bulky for one guy if you're going light and far . Hate to see they discontinued it .
