Small space work bench

There was a thread a a few weeks ago in the reloading section that I was intrigued by I will see if I can find it.

I used the wooden one as my reloading bench before I built out the garage. I got it rock solid for the press and charge master. Worked fine, the drawers are not full extension but I was able to do what I needed to do. I agree if you like to sit while reloading this is a good value. I have one of the Yukon 9 drawer tool chests in the garage and for the money it works for my garage. If 1000-1500 bucks is doable for you take a look at the Trinity cabinets at Costco or BJ’s wholesale club. They make a rolling workbench as well. I got the 13pc set for the garage and they are built real well. They have a 5 piece set for 1500. Packaged extremely well for shipping and arrived in perfect condition.

Do you think locking the wheels will hold it in place while using the leverage of the reloading handle?

My first reloading bench was 2x4s and not well built, honestly.

I reinforced the front legs with 4x4s making them 4x6 and lagged it to the wall before it was stable enough to withstand the cam-over required for a harder resize stroke without flexing.

You might chase a mobile bench like that a little

When I lived in a townhouse. I scavenged this lil decorative table, that people put by their doors to put their keys an such on. Was maybe 36"x 18".

Screwed it to the wall. Set up a shelf in the closet for components, and I was making ammo.

I like Scotty’s setup, save money and build your own work bench. I have been buying the Milwaukee packouts when they go in sale or I get a coupon at a store.

Roksliders never disappoint with great ideas.

Using a combination of ideas to maximize space and making putting stuff away easy and make it look good. Last part could be a challenge with my skill set lol.

Here's what I started with- basically a 7.5'×7' space I'll have to share with the computer

Decided to use a Harbor frieght tool bench and frame up a longer work top.
