B&H is legit, if that's what you're asking. I order from them several times a month.

Load capacity is the biggest difference between the two. This one would likely be better for shooting, but i have no personal experience

You’re right. 734 is almost double the capacity at 11 lbs. Thank you for pointing that out!

I just got a 634 and almost spit out my coffee at that price. But now looking at the extra pound, I’ll probably keep it for glassing only. I would imagine it could be used to shoot off of too?

Thank you Truck24hr, that tripod should work perfect for my wife’s binoculars and the DSLR I bought her for Christmas. I like that Slik are not made in China (as far as I know).
