Just a word of warning. I've had my SLIK 634 for about 3 years now and one of the twist locks on one of the legs has broken so that the leg just pulls completely out of the one above it. I emailed SLIK several times over the past month now without a response. Up to the point before it broke I've been completely satisfied with it and have recommended it many times. I can understand not being able to have it fixed without being charged a repair cost, etc but to just not respond is pretty ridiculous to me.

Once had a motorcycle jack from sears. The bottle jack that provided lift quit working. Tried cs , said no parts available, sooooo bought another. Swapped the bottle jacks and returned the jack for refund explaining it was faulty....
