Sleeping Indian or KOM

I have a heavy zip up SI shirt that I use daily doing chores or going to town. Love it!! I also have a coat and it's great if I'm out doing something not really fiscally demanding. It's great if I'm hunting down hill and getting picked up at the bottom. I have a tendency to move fast so sometimes I wear it when hunting my way uphill as it will make me move slow due to getting to hot.

My wife loves her SI bibs that I recently purchased her from the classifieds. They are perfect for winter riding the SX here in NW MT.

The autumn wood is interesting and appears to be a little thicker fabric.
I'll have to keep my eyes out for some to try.

autumnwood is the same as far as durability as si and kom.just has a vertical camo pattern which as cook the owner liked as trees grow vertical.the weave was also a little tighter which is better.he got out of this buisness i believe in 2013 due to serious health issues and passed not long after.he was a big guy and made sure all garments fit with room in the shoulders and arms.

hi country,i have a brand new xxl autumwood pullover that is the equal of the sleeping indian and i believe better than kom.if you are interested.

I grew up in the town next to where Autumnwood was made. My parents knew Cooke very well, and I went to HS with several Schiavones. I have 2 pieces, a pullover and fleece lined jacket.

well then you know about laurie working in the garment industry in new york city.yes cook and l;aurie were very good friends of mine.hit me pretty hard when he passed away.traveled and did certain shows with him in the northeast and out west at sci shows.actually his garments had a tighter weave than kom and i had full sets of there stuff in different camo patterns and his base layers i believe were wool but felt like silk.small world hi country1.hunted with cook in saskatchewan several times on a indian reservation.whitrtail,bear and waterfowl.has some great times and its true some of them indians shouldn't drink.

hi country,which jacket do you have with fleece lining.i have the 3 layer vest and there early model extreme cold jacket with 3 layers and even heavier wool.archery anornak also.curious which jacket.
