My Wiggy bags are about 10 degrees off from their comfort ratings, but I tend to run cold. I am pretty satisfied with that. Mr. Wiggy does "curate" the reviews on his website (he only posts good ones), but he's not a scam artist. The bags are legit.

I think Marmot, Kelty, The North Face, and Sierra Designs are fine brands. Good enough middle of the road brands that are certainly not premium but should be quality enough. Unfortunately most of them do only make mummy style bags at least in men's sizes. I would go with down insulation.
The Sierra Designs Cloud is a mummy but has more of a free/open cover which seems interesting. Also has a false bottom so don't need the extra down under if using an appropriate sleeping pad. May not matter for the truck camping but still an interesting design.

For truck campin', Wiggys is your huckleberry. Sure if you want a $1000 WM or FF for that they'll be great too, but you can accomplish the same thing for about 200 bucks.

I love mine, 0 degree, 150 bucks on sale. The wall tent and 4Runner special indeed.

If you're truck camping would consider synthetic or down/syn blend unless you can assure no condensation/dampness....you said this is for truck camping which opens doors for cots to get off ground and heavy pads to throw on top of...out of curiosity what kind of hunting is this with temps to -20. Do you have hot tent set up to dry stuff out? Moisture will be your nemesis so manage that and you will do well with most of the mountaineering brands
