Sleeping bag liner?

I use sea to summit silk. It's really light weight and helps keep my down bag from getting funky. But it's a little constricting in the foot box.

I don't use any, but does anyone else see the irony of preaching against cotton in the backcountry but using a cotton liner for a sleeping bag? :)

That's why I don't really care about the 'dangers' of cotton. :) I know guys that are much tougher than me that use cotton in the backcountry without worrying about the consequences. It's not my thing because it stinks much sooner and is heavier.

Anyways. My bag liner is a Sea to Summit cotton/silk model.

I use a cheap nylon liner from Campmor. They're kind of a PITA to get into and out of, but i figure its worth the hassle if it keeps body oils off of my bag. Weight is ~5 oz.
