I have been eyeing Skre gear since 2020. I have seen they have a duck down 850 full zip pants and jacket. Does anyone have good feedback on these items or the company in general? They are priced cheaper than anything I’ve seen if we compare apples to apples.

Skre is good stuff. Puffy jacket and pants is what I’ll be using next year. Ive used the rain jacket too and it works just like all the other ones. The rain pants have a boot hook which is nice

I’m looking to get all their merino, and puffy. I wished they’d come out with a full zip Kodiak pant or something with full zip for a heavier pant.

I was a big fan of the Ptarmigan Jacket. I lost weight so I sold it to someone that could use it. I was super warm in that jacket. The hardscrabble pants were pretty nice too. I prefer the FL foundry catalyst pant over the hardscrabble, but that is just me. I do still own the Skre raingear and absolutely like that product for what I need it for. If you are looking to get some quality material at a decent price, I think you would be happy doing business with them. They also have top notch customer service as well.

I have had the SKRE Guardian parka and bibs with the 850 fill for a couple of years now. They are a lifesaver for long sits in very cold weather. I can't hike / walk in them; I'll burn up. They fit well, zippers are good, pockets are good, bibs zip plenty far to step into with heavy boots, etc. They are a little bit heavy, but I appreciate the thicker, quiet outer material. I don't like all the white in the camo pattern I have and plan to dye them to a more subdued color (I'm an east coast bowhunter).

I have lots of skre gear and like it all.
Their warranty and cs is great. I bought a pair of used pants, and the rubber around the waist band was coming off. I called them told them I bought them used and they said send them in. They sent me a new pair. I ripped a pair of the unita pants called and told them it was my fault I would pay to have them repaired. They said send them in. They sent me a new pair free of charge.

I have many pieces of SKRE gear and I have zero complaints. Very good quality for a lower price point than the “Big Name” companies. Their customer service is second to none as many others have mentioned.

Love that 300 weight merino hoody. Gloves are great also. I have a few more pieces and think they provide better value than the bigger names.

I’ve got two pairs of their midweight water proof gloves, one set of the heavy shooting mittens, the hardscrabble pants, the insulated version of those, whatever they call their lightweight jacket, the zip off merino 150 bottoms, and the 300 merino base layer hoody. All pretty good stuff and I’ve had some Sitka stuff for 15 years or so.

Don’t have any of the hard core winter stuff but I’d bet you’d be happy. I think they’re on here, hit em up @skregear
