Skirting property lines using onx

I'm in southwest montana and onyx is off by 80 yards on my survey pin. My house is damn near on my neighbor's land on onyx...lol

I trust it. I'll look for evidence of a property line but it if says I'm good just walking, I'm good. I never push my luck and get too close anyway. I'm using it in good faith, and I have no intention of trespassing. I would never setup a stand within 50 yards of a property line unless there was some kind of fence line or if it was posted with signs or paint, so I knew for sure. Hunting is different than just hiking in, in my opinion. If I get arrested, I really don't care. I can show that my intention was not to trespass and if that's not good enough, I'll pay the consequences. I would hope most people would be reasonable, but I doubt that too anymore. It's not as difficult on the East coast, most properties are posted.
