SKD Aimpoint QRP2 Riser (PRO/COMP M4)

2.04” finished height

Basically new. Removed from packaging and mounted. That’s the extent of its use. Just didn’t work for my needs.

$OLD to your door.

Does this just raise the optic from the original mount? Also does it allow the use of irons at all?

There’s a spacer in the factory mount. You swap that spacer for this one. It is too high to cowitness, however you can use the red dot tube body and the front site as a rough ghost ring in a pinch, and once you learn the hold it actually helps to compensate for the offset at close range since you have to angle the rifle as such to center the front sight in the Reddot. It’s pretty cool how well it works. I’ve actually started to prefer that system over cowitnessing. Then if you are not in a pinch just use the qd mount the PRO already has.

Best part about this mount is that when attached, you can then reverse the giant QD knob to the ejection port side. That way it doesn’t jam into your chest when on a sling.
