I would assume not in the US for the MR case. Probably where ever MR does most of their manufacturing, maybe SK?

Different styles of cases, both seem equal in quality. I am keeping the Sitka/MR collab case and selling the marsupial, for what it is worth.

Don't need two bow cases, and like the MR one a little bit better overall.

Why do you say that. Im debating between the two. Worried the Marsupial will crush my fletchings but the MR looks really bulky?

The MR is a bit bulky, but I still like it more. I use an arrow tube in the main compartment for practice arrows, but kept my hunting arrows in a quiver in an outside pocket without any issues.
