Sitka Flash 20 as a carry on..

Has anyone used a Sitka Flash 20 as their carry on or personal item on a plane or is that too big? I can't find any dimensions online and mine is packed away atm.. Thanks

Yes I did a couple months ago. The frame is a little annoying stuffing it under the seat but it worked okay for me. I was on 4 different planes never an issue but it doesn’t stuff all the way under the seat cause the frame.
