Sitka dewpoint jacket

I've been eyeing a Dewpoint jacket are they really waterproof for a heavy rain. Real world experience please.

Yep. Wore mine in several downpours. Always stayed bone dry. Its always rolled up in my pack. If you can find one cheap definitely scoop it up.

Done great for me as well. Wore them during spring bear last year and got soaked a few times, stayed totally dry underneath. Was able to scoop up a pair of Dewpoint pants and jacket for $300 total so I would definitely buy if you find them on a good sale
