I have a chance to get a deal on one and while i prefer the marsh pattern may be too good to pass up. its a large and i am 5/10" 195. I run the large dakota jacket and its roomy. Wondering if it get real cold would i be able to fit the dakota or several layers under a large delta or should i go xl?

You should be good with the large. I am 6' 195 and have the DWJ in large. The jacket is cut for layering under it with longer sleeves, room in the body, etc. It's a very versatile piece and I don't think you'll regret buying it.

I’m 5’-8”, 155 lbs and medium fits me well for all of my Sitka tops. The DWJ gives me enough room to layer a puffy jacket underneath when the weather turns cold. It’s versatile enough for me to wear all season.
