Sirui tripod issue

I have a sirui tripod and one of the legs wasn’t working properly. There is a plastic piece under the twist lock that goes on the end of the leg that is broken. Does anyone know where I could get a new one? Sirui’s warranty department hasn’t been real helpful.

I had the same issue, ended up just super gluing both sides back to the leg and it has been fine now for months. I emailed and never heard from them.

May want to talk to Joel from cameraland ny. Not sure where you bought from but had some rebate issues and they quickly resolved after the call. They may be able to give you at least a better contact.
