Ill rephrase.

Since when is it enforced that only hunting items are allowed? Not trying to break the rules but a little surprised. Especially based on how many non hunting items one can find in a couple minutes of looking.

Had posted a Nintendo and it was deleted for not being hunting related. Non hunting things have been sold on here for as long as I can remember. Doesn't take long to find all kinds of non hunting things listed right now and old sold threads going back forever.

It has been a rule for a long time but yes there have been times where enforcement seems to have been less stringent.

If reported it, the post will be reviewed for adherence to the rules, which was the case here.

Apologies for your frustration

Ah, one of those people. Understood. Please tell Karen I am sorry I hurt her feelings.

It is a Switch so you can take it hunting. You can give it to your kid to keep him/her busy while you go hunting as well.
I know some would disagree, but I let my boy play a switch the first few seasons I took him out. It definitely kept him in the blind longer on slow days.
Last season he didn’t want to take it anymore. Now he just naps, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

If you can show me OnX maps on that thing I’ll allow it🙂. Seriously I didn’t consider the entertainment factor for kids. To clear somethings up; we don’t proof read everything on the forum so things will slip through, we have to make decisions even when there isn’t a clear answer, we have reversed decisions in the past, we’re open to questions and giving explanations, we’re a group of volunteers helping out in our spare time so even communally we won’t catch everything.

Am I a Karen? Well yes, that is part of the job.

Thank you for doing the job for which you volunteered and for doing it well.

There has to be a line somewhere. We don’t need the classifieds to turn into a flea market because “something could be used to entertain the kids.”
