Has anyone here had a chance to look through these? I'm seeing reports of the Sig blue tint being too bad in low light to use hunting. Seeing of anyone on here has experience yet.

I'm reading the same thing on the optics. That's a deal killer for me, as my primary use would be hunting. I don't understand how a Chinese built unit from any brand can't have better glass at a price point of almost $2k. Seems the optics are no better than the BDX 3000 which are average at best.

I looked though these a few weeks ago at the Sportsman show here in Oregon. Yes they have a blue tint, I can't say how bad it will or won't be in low light, I only had a chance to use them indoors under the fluorescent lighting.

Also the Sig rep told me its has the same optics as the BDX3000 just different coatings on the lenses. Kind of disappointing in that I was hoping it would have improved optical quality. At this price point I have moved on from looking at these to the Geovid pro's.

Are the Geovids 10x32? Id be interested to see how the smaller objectives stack up to sigs darker glass.

There is another thread in the optics forum on the geovids, a vendor got an early look at them. Sounds like they stack up well to the older 10x42 Geovid. I have not looked through the Geovid pro only the Kilo and under less than ideal conditions, but I'm betting with Leicas reputation of quality glass they will be optically superior to the Sigs.

I have the 10K and feature wise they are best I have used but glass wise the blue tint in the coating is definitely a thing so if you’re a glass snob they probably won’t make you happy.
The app works seamlessly all the mode options are very intuitive and the RF/ Ballistic is fast and accurate and Base Map feature works great also.
Just for reference I have the Swaro TA and had the Sig 3000 as well.

Wonder how these will look compared to zeiss victory rf.

I had the early sig and the glass was a big downfall, so if the glass is much better as well as having the a.b. it will be a great unit.
