WTB Sig Cross Barrel with extension

Looking to buy a used take-off sig cross barrel, preferably the 18" 6.5CM version, with the barrel extension... but will consider other barrels if you have them. Especially lightweight options.

Bummer, any idea where to pick up an extension? I'm trying to set my cross up sort of as a "switch barrel" ... my current longer barrel for range work and NRL hunter type uses, and the shorter/lighter-weight one for hunting... don't want to have to mess with installing and reinstalling the extension every time...

What does your 6.5 factory barrel weigh by the way?

I do not know where an extension might be found. Straight Jacket armory says they have them available only with barrel purchase. I'll check the weight on the factory barrels

I've got a 6.5 18 without the extension. Probably 500 through it. I'll dm you.

I’ve got a 16” .308 sig cross barrel with extension that I would sell for $325 shipped. I also have a second 16” .308 sig cross barrel without the extension or thread protector for $150 shipped.

I am doing a similar “switch barrel” concept with mine so I picked up a couple barrels with extensions (I am keeping .243 win and 6.5 Creed). The barrel without thread protector and extension shoots sub MOA groups with every 168 grain factory load I tried (Fed GMM, Hornady Black, Hornady Match, PPU Match). I haven’t shot the barrel with the extension.
