So has STP changed so that I no longer get Active Junky cashback when I use these codes? It wasn't that way on my last order (December).

Unfortunately you are correct. I looked on Active Junky and it states "1% cash back is offered on gift cards, and NO cash back is offered when a coupon code directly from Sierra is used." Bummer because it was usually another 10%.
