Sierra Heavy TMK 6MM Testing

They have the 116 listed as a .609 G1, seemingly higher than you guys were getting by shooting. Do we know if that's a real Doppler tested number? Or an optimistic number? .574 on the 107 seems similarly above what I thought we were expecting. Not that it necessarily matters all that much, just idle curiosity while I wait for stuff to become available.

I believe that is Doppler numbers. Both are. With more shooting I was getting right at .600 G1 live fire. 10 points is definitely in the realm of error for live fire.

At distance, as in, the transonic zone?

When dealing with marginal stability, DA can make or break you.

Yes, low DA, definitely not transonic, 3500mv. they grouped well at 100 ~1.2”, but then at 700 they were greater than 2moa. While the 80s and 85.5s held moa or better. To me this was indicative of poor stability. They were marginal to start with and this was indicative the summer when da was ~2000, which is on the higher end for my local. ~3500-4000 is as high as I’ve seen it. I figured during hunting season they wouldn’t stand a chance so I gave up on the load. Maybe I interpreted the outcome wrong but I’m confident it wasn’t the gun or myself based on what I saw from the 80s and 85.5s
