Sierra Designs experience

I bought a sierra designs zissou 23 bag earlier this summer but didnt get a chance to try it or for that matter look it over until last weekend. Turns out this thing was really underfilled. I sent pics to their customer service and within 48 hours received a reply.
They were out of stock on the zissou line so I asked if an upgrade was possible to their cal 13 bag and I would pay the difference...They sent me a cal 13 bag for no charge and it was here in one day.
Thought I would pass on a great experience with this company!
The cal 13 bag is 800fill dridown and weighs 1lb 13oz in the stuff sack and seems like it will be nice and comfortable. Awesome!

Lets see if I can get the same deal on my Zissou 6 or 8 degree bag I took to Alaska a few weeks ago. Not a bad bag just not up to the temps even close to what was advertised. Slept in base layers and the last two nights in the same and pants. I am not a cold sleeper but do not usually camp in the humidity like I experienced either. Bob.
