Sierra 3.5-10x42mm W/Kilo1000LRF Sig Sauer Combo Kit
Selling a Sig Sauer SOK10BDX02 Combo Kit for my old man. It works slick, but the technology is simply just too much for that ol baby boomer haha.
Rifle Scope: Sierra 3BDX 3.5-10x42mm
Rangefinder: Kilo1000 BDX
$525 obo tyd
Relative Information:
The Sig Sauer BDX (Ballistic Data Xchange) system is designed for seamless integration between a KILO BDX rangefinder and a SIERRA3BDX scope. They communicate via Bluetooth to provide an illuminated aiming point in the scope based on the ranged distance and a custom ballistic profile.
How the System Works:
> Setup via App: Download the "SIG BDX" app (available for Android or iOS) on your smartphone. In the app, you create a ballistic profile for your specific rifle and ammunition, which calculates the bullet drop and windage.
>Pairing: Pair your KILO BDX rangefinder and SIERRA3BDX riflescope to the app via Bluetooth. The BDX 2.0 system also allows for quick bonding (QUICKbond) and even comes pre-bonded in combo kits. A blue LED on the scope's power selector indicates a successful connection.
> Ranging and Shooting: In the field, simply range your target using the KILO rangefinder. The rangefinder instantly transmits the distance data to the scope via Bluetooth.
> Illuminated Holdover: The SIERRA3BDX scope's BDX-R1 Digital Ballistic Reticle will then illuminate a specific dot, indicating the exact holdover point needed for an accurate shot at that distance.
Key Features
Eliminates Guesswork: The system removes the need for manual calculations or memorizing complex holdover points, especially at longer ranges.
Automatic Adjustments: The digital focal plane automatically scales the holdover dot with magnification changes to ensure accuracy at any power level.
Environmental Data: The system can incorporate environmental conditions like wind, temperature, and altitude into its calculations when connected to the app.
