There isn’t a product made today that doesn’t have all the specs online or a pile or reviews about said item. Although if you scroll down far enough you find people’s expectations are quite high and their ability to make a reasonable opinion is quite low.

A sales guy ain’t gonna be a sales guy for long if he doesn’t know his competitors stuff as well as his own.

I was on Lowe’s website last night and couldn’t find any info on the thing I wanted to buy so I guess they don’t sell things.

PSA: Never, ever buy a Frigidaire. It's the only company I have ever had to make a complaint against to the Better Business Bureau. Just awful.

I don't see it that way, There's nothing wrong with asking question to learn from people who have better knowledge of experience. I'd rather talk to fellow member here than a salesman, They want to sell and they would say just about anything.

I think if you ask them how tall something is, they are going to either show you on the spec sheet, or possibly hand you a tape measure.
