I've made little progress on this project and I think I'm going to put it away until I return from hunting this fall. I milled out the PTG aluminum bottom metal to fit the jewell trigger and assembled it without a stock and checked the feed. It feeds like chit and I'm going to have to teach myself what all I need to look at to fix it. Stock will be here Tuesday but the bushing I need for the Unithroter from PTG is weeks out so even more delay. I'm not willing to slam this together so I'm going to rebed the 300 wsm I bought and paint the stock after I fix all the chips. I don't even have 300 wsm dies so I ordered some Norma factory ammo and I'll slap a scope on it for a backup rifle. 6.5 SAUM didn't kill anything out west last year so I'll use it again.
Side note to this is that the newer Dremel tools are garbage. The old one I had quit so went and purchased a new 4000 at the H Despot. Bad right out of the box so I returned it. Went online to find review after review of similar experiences so I've ordered a Proxxon to try. More delay and frustration.
